What to expect

  1. Both treatments are administered at your routine oral care appointments.
  2. Fluoride varnish is administered as a gel on your teeth.
  3. Dental sealants are also painted on, going over the pits and grooves of your teeth.
  4. Treatment is painless, though we recommend not eating or drinking anything immediately after treatment.

Is fluoride bad for you?

Absolutely not. While ingesting a large amount of fluoride can be bad for you, our solution contains well below the safe amount of fluoride.

What does dental sealant do?

Our Spokane Valley dental sealants treatment “seals” the pit and grooves in the hard-to-clean parts of your teeth, particularly your back teeth. It is painted on your teeth, hardening into a protective shell around the enamel of your teeth. This protects your teeth from the risk of cavities.
