Unlike traditional insurance, the Smile Care Plan offers transparent, predictable pricing with no waiting periods, claim denials, or annual caps. You pay directly for services at a reduced rate — no third parties involved.

Does the plan cover major procedures like crowns or extractions?

Yes! Members receive significant discounts on most restorative and surgical treatments, including crowns, fillings, and extractions. These are billed at a reduced fee exclusive to members.

Can I use my membership right away?

Absolutely. The benefits of our Spokane Valley in-house dental plan begin immediately upon enrollment, so you can schedule your exam or cleaning as soon as you sign up.

What happens after 12 months?

You’ll have the opportunity to renew your membership annually. We’ll even send you reminders, so you don’t miss out on continued savings.

Can I use this plan if I have dental insurance?
